Cylindrical rollers as well as needle rollers have high strength and are made of high carbon chrome steel. They are used for bearing production needed for low rotation speeds and high radial loads. As opposed to needle rollers, cylindrical rollers have considerably lesser length-diameter ratio. More frequently cylinder rollers are used whether as separate items or assembled (in bearing) to use in metallurgy, automotive, heavy engineering, mining and other similar industries.
